We are a family who is prepared to walk through whatever doors God opens.  We started with Adventures in Missions by volunteering as Ministry Coordinators in Harlan Kentucky the summer of 2007.  We spent that first summer learning that God does still speak to His people and teaching that to the groups as they showed the love of Christ to the people in Harlan.  We returned to Harlan the next summer because we knew God was not done using us and teaching us more about His character and will for our lives.  When we left Kentucky that summer we felt God was telling us to go home to Dallas and love on the children and the homeless.  So Adventures in Missions started sending groups to South Dallas the summer of 2009 and we continued to teach the groups we are to make disciples, baptize, teach, and love wherever you are, not just “On a Mission Trip,” because the life of a Christian is a fulltime mission trip.   Through all this we have watched God change lives.  He has set captives free from addiction, has shown His love to children, and He has opened the eyes of Christians to how He sees the world.  As of winter 2010 God has opened another door for us.  We are now on staff with Adventures in Missions and are really excited to see how God will continue to use us.
